Antioch in
100 Words

Antioch Phoenix was first planted in August 2011 with the vision to usher revival into the Phoenix Valley that transforms nations. Over ten years later, that same desire remains at the center of all we do. We believe that a church surrendered to Jesus and His purposes is the hope of the world, and want to see Him glorified above all other things. Whether here in our city, or across the world, we are those who live on mission, resolved to daily encounter the presence of God, intentionally invest in life-on-life discipleship, and engage those around us with the Gospel.

Our
Values

We’ve made it our mission to cultivate Acts 2 community among us as we daily encounter the presence of God, intentionally invest in life-on-life discipleship, and engage our city and the nations of the earth with the Gospel. This is what we’re pursuing together as a church family. We call these values "The Heart of the House” and we invite you to own and express them personally as you pursue God with us.

Travis and Joy Phillips are the founders of Antioch Phoenix. Over the last 16 years of marriage and doing ministry together, they have given their lives to helping others encounter and experience personal transformation in God's presence. Since starting the church over 10 years ago, they have seen countless lives touched by this Gospel and are full of faith that it's just the beginning. They and their family are fully devoted to this mission and joyfully invite you to join us on the journey! Travis and Joy have six beautiful children: Ellie, Sarah Grace (Gracie), Emmy, John Wesley, Lydia, and Mary Elizabeth.

The Antioch
Movement

Antioch Phoenix is part of the Antioch International Movement of Churches, a network of churches both state-side and international that is connected by relationship and a belief that the local church is God’s instrument in bringing the hope and life of Jesus to a world in need.

The Antioch Movement, which began more than 20 years ago, now has more than 140 full-time workers around the world in 22 countries as well as a growing family of churches across the U.S. - each dedicated to seeing the local church reproduce the Kingdom of God through evangelism and discipleship.
